Kofi Nyarko has dedicated his life to helping people with leprosy. He has been affected by leprosy since he was a child, but he never let it defeat him.

“When you get Hansen’s disease, it’s not the end of your life.”

Kofi Nyarko

He is now the headmaster of St Elizabeth Special School in Ghana and volunteers his time supporting people with leprosy and helping them return to their families after years at the hospital.

In this video, we join Kofi as he helps Ekua and James return to their villages after decades away from their family and friends.
