Stuart is Director of Advocacy and Resource Mobilisation for Uniting to Combat NTDs and has gained considerable experience working on a variety of global health issues over the last 25 years.

This includes as Head of Development for WFSA and the Director of the SRI, an advocacy organisation focusing on advancing sexual and reproductive rights through the UN’s human rights mechanisms. Stuart has worked extensively with governments, donors, foundations and CSOs and has also represented the UK government at the UN. Stuart has also trained NGOs, UN agencies and diplomats on wide range of health and human rights issues. Stuart has an MA in Environment and Society from the University of London.
