MTE cover page

The WHO Global report on neglected tropical diseases 2026: mid-term evaluation of the road map implementation records meaningful progress during the first half of the NTD Road Map 2021–2030. It also identifies the recent contraction in NTD financing as the most immediate risk to achieving the Road Map’s 2030 targets.

To help partners use these findings in their own communications and advocacy, Uniting to Combat NTDs has developed a focused set of resources in partnership with WHO. They draw out selected findings and strategic priorities on sustainable financing, country ownership and the conditions needed to protect and extend progress towards 2030 and beyond.

These materials complement WHO’s full report and launch materials; they do not seek to summarise or replace the evaluation.
