Emily is a communications professional who has worked in the voluntary and campaigning sector for nine years, passionate about social justice and the power of strategic communications to influence and achieve change.

Emily joined Uniting to Combat NTDs as Communications Manager in February 2023. Prior to that she was Communications Manager at Impact on Urban Health, part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, leading on communications for health issues such as trust in the healthcare system, digital exclusion, and health equity. Emily has previously worked for Trust for London, a foundation which tackles poverty and inequality, running the organisation’s digital channels and helping to develop their communications strategy. A comms all-rounder, she has also held roles specialising in PR, marketing, and events.
