Victoria is the Accountability and MEL Manager at Uniting to Combat NTDs. In this role she provides measurement, learning, and evaluation support for Uniting’s strategy and also manages data analytics for NTD disease data.

Prior to joining Uniting, Victoria worked as a senior consultant at a social impact measurement consultancy where she supported 40+ organisations globally to design and manage MEL frameworks. Previously she worked with the State HIV/AIDS programme in the Brazilian Amazon working in rural Amazonas to decentralize HIV/AIDS programming to local communities and built the capacity of municipal health services to integrate HIV programming into broader public health programmes. Victoria holds a MSc in Public Health in Developing Countries from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
